In order to obtain a real estate license, you must complete both the Real estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice courses for a total of 60 Hours and 4 Credits. Our classes are held on Monday & Wednesday evenings, 2 class nights per week for 7 weeks. Upon completion of our Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice course you will be eligible to sit for the State Exam.
Real estate Fundamentals and Real estate Practice can be taken separately. Each course meets for Seven (7) classes Two (2) nights per week. Each course is $160. plus the Book ($75) which is used for both courses.
