The focus of this course is on the regulations that govern advertising in real estate transactions.  This course is intended to keep all licensees current with real estate advertising guidelines in Pennsylvania per the Real Estate Licensing & Registration Act, The Rules and Regulations of the State Real Estate Commission as well as the  Fair Housing Act and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act.
